Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Mallar Media Ventures(“we”, “us”, or “our”) and any purchases you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We sell music products including vinyl records, CDs/DVDs, audio media, and related collectibles.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display product details and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or availability without prior notice.
  • Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel an order, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Where payment has been made for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept the payment methods supported by Razorpay, including cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. The full order amount is payable at the time of checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on dispatch times, charges, and serviceable areas.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mallar Media Ventures or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or other users’ accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mallar Media Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mallar Media Ventures from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
