Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mallar Media Ventures, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when you can cancel an order and how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for a return as described below.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of music media, we accept returns only where the item is:
- Damaged or defective on arrival, or
- Incorrect (you received a different item from the one you ordered).
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, or your cancellation is approved, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 business days of approval, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Items reported after the 7-day notification window.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
