1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or for pre-booked items.
You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and tracking details (where available) once it is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Domestic (India): estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
International: estimated delivery within 10 to 21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by the courier, location, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Pre-booked items are shipped after their general release date; the expected timeline is indicated on the product page.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be reflected in your order total.

4. Serviceable Areas

We ship across India and to select international destinations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you and arrange a refund for that order.

5. International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or the shipping charges shown at checkout. Delivery may be delayed by customs processing in the destination country.

6. Delays & Issues

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will assist in tracking it.
If a package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and notify us within 7 days of delivery.
